Terms & Conditions (English)

Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dandana app provided by Qazin (“the Company”, “we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. The app is intended for children aged 4–6 to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you confirm that you are an adult with authority to accept these terms on your child’s behalf.

Use of the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for non-commercial family purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

Family-created content

The content you create (photos, video, voice recordings, and names) remains yours and is stored on your device. You are responsible for this content and for holding the right to use any images or voices you include. Because the content never leaves your device, we do not access it and claim no rights in it.

Parental gate and adult supervision

Settings, purchases, and external links are protected by a parental gate. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the app and for keeping your device secure.

Subscriptions and billing

The app offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions in monthly and annual plans. The app itself grants a free week on first launch; it requires no payment method, does not go through the store, and is neither a store introductory offer nor part of the subscription. All purchases and billing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment details.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged to your store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple or Google account settings.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the store through which you purchased (Apple or Google) and must be requested from that store directly. We do not process refunds ourselves.

Privacy

Our handling of data is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short: family-created content stays on your device, and we use Google’s Firebase services only for app-level diagnostics, optional notifications, and remote configuration.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
